Raffaele Acampora is a man like many others. He has a wife, Anna, whom he loves, and four children, the eldest of whom, Peppino, is fourteen years old and, like many boys his age, is beginning to find his way in the world. Every week, Raffaele and his colleagues are victims of criminal racketeering, which imposes protection money and harassment of all kinds on them. Until one day, Raffaele decides to rebel.
