Hong Kong is hailed as the safest city in Asia. Recently, Hong Kong has witnessed some street racing people who deliberately cause trouble to the citizens. An illegitimate street racing organization led by Jiang Xiao Hai surfaces, which intends to secretly hold an illegitimate street racing game in Hong Kong so as to acquire illegal profits.
